Blueberries Villas - Terms & Conditions

1. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and the booking form completed. The balance and security deposit are payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.

2. HOLIDAY RENTAL PERIOD

The villa is rented for the period specified on the booking form, commencing from 4.00pm. On the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

3. CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival deposit will be returned less an administration fee.

4. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

This deposit is refundable provided:
1. The villa is vacated by the specified time and date and is left in the clean and tidy condition it was found in.
2. Any breakages or damage is reported and replaced or repaired to a high standard.
3. The key is returned

5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect condition for your holiday we cannot accept responsibility for any third party claims, accident, personal injury, damage or loss to your property or for any expenses incurred for any reason
